Combining years of masterful barbecuing techniques with a passion for cooking, Tubby's Q focuses on combining taste with quality ingredients in each dish.  Our beef brisket and pork ribs are rubbed with Tubby's special blend of spices and then slow-smoked over a wood fire.  The chicken is rubbed with its own specialty seasonings and then smoked for several hours over smoldering wood until the meat is ready to fall off the bone.  Even the pulled pork and sausage benefits from the slow and low wood fire.  All of our sides are freshly prepared in the smokehouse and in our opinion tastes better than home cooking.  Plus, when available, try one of our specialty homemade desserts!
